The path for small Bitcoin businesses is blocked by high costs and risk. Many dream of entering the big events as exhibitors but they can’t do it alone.
The landscape is dominated by large and well-funded companies, creating a barrier for other types of pioneers.
These smaller, independent Bitcoin-native SMEs are filled with great visions but face big obstacles.
THE IDEA
What if Bitcoin-native SMEs didn’t have to choose between staying invisible or taking an excessive risk?
What if entering major Bitcoin events as exhibitors didn’t require going alone?
The idea behind The Bitcoin Fellowship is simple:
explore together.
By sharing costs, risks, infrastructure, and on-site execution, small and independent Bitcoin businesses can access territories that were previously locked out.
This is not about merging identities or diluting brands. Each participant remains independent, while benefiting from a shared presence, a shared crew, and common rules.
Expedition No.1 is an experiment in cooperation.
A first step toward proving that collaboration focused on a common goal can open doors to new forms of coordination among Bitcoin-native SMEs.

THE MAP
Our Destination: BTC Prague 2026 • June 11 — 13
We are stronger when combined: One direction, One design
And history will remember them as the brave few who joined forces to reach places they could never go alone.
Brave enough to form a new block, not of transactions, but of connections. The first ten set the example
for those who came after: they took the risk, but they also shared it.
In their genesis block, they are remembered as the explorers.
